Suspicious Behavior Surrounding Jess Moloney

Over my time collecting information, I have been lucky (or unlucky) enough to stumble upon some weird interactions with people who are either supposed to be in business with Jess Moloney or just friends of hers. Though I do believe the following screenshots speak for themselves I will add a bit of context to clarify what is going on in each one.

Here you can see that Renell is questioned by this person about Jess being part of Ice Studios. Something that Jess herself has claimed many times. At least once in a public interview (source) and on her own LinkedIn page. Though, suspiciously Jess does not list what her role is at the company on the LinkedIn page.

However on this website (on a subpage that is not linked from their homepage) it says that Jess Moloney is co-founder of Ice Studios as well (source). So given that there are at least a few sources that cite Jess as co-founder of this organization, brand, agency, community, or whatever they want to call it why is it that when directly asked, Renell says that it's her brand and to leave Jess out of it? Why has Renell never mentioned Jess as an integral part of founding these studios? Why does Jess claim the credit she claims if Renell won't confirm or back it up when asked? However, we then move on to this part of the conversation.

You can see that when Renell is asked if Jess is her manager, something Jess has claimed before in at least two interviews, the one linked above and in this one (source) though she doesn't mention Renell by name, for some reason, she says "female photographer" but she more than likely means Renell Medrano. It's curious to me that Renell didn't says yes, or no, she said "asked her" and then deflects from that to change the subject of the conversation. Other than Jess Moloney's own website you'd be hard pressed to find any official source that says she manages Renell Medrano and even Renell won't confirm (or deny) this to be the truth, which you'd think wouldn't be an issue if it were the truth, at least in my opinion.

Here you can see it was asked what Jess Moloney's job is. Chad replies that Jess is his boss. It is asked again to clarify what her job is. He says, he doesn't know. Odd seeing as how if someone asked me what my boss did for a job I'd most certainly have the answer. Most people would. When he's asked to clarify what industry she works in he gives the broad general term of media and when he's asked what she does in media he says she "make money and do deals". The reason this is somewhat alarming (in my opinion) is that he's describing a role of an agent. Now, after my extensive research on this, which I've done multiple times, I cannot find any solid proof that Jess Moloney has a license to be an agent in California or New York. Both states she operates out of. Which means that if she is acting as an agent and negotiating deals and contracts she's not doing it legally. Obviously, that cannot be proven by this statement, but it does draw into question the nature of what Jess is doing in "media" as Chad here claims.

Here he is informed that she doesn't have a license to be an agent or manager in those states, as in she's not licensed to do a job in way of "making deals" so it is questioned if she just doesn't say she's a manager or agent. To which he tries to change the subject by asking who I am. Of course then his answer changes to saying that she doesn't pay him she's actually an advisor. Odd because his initial reply was that she was his boss and she "make money do deals". Why the sudden change in answer if he was telling the truth in the first place? Why didn't he just say advisor in the first place? What's with the sudden scramble to cover up what he said and change the answer? Once again, in my opinion, this is shady because here he is admitting some sort of connection to Jess Moloney, but as to what the connection is remains unknown. Maybe she's his boss. Maybe she's an advisor. Maybe if we asked him tomorrow he'd give another answer. Whatever the case may be, getting these very inconsistent and sometimes bizarre responses to simple questions that people should know the answer to (if they work with Jess or for Jess) only raises alarm bells to sensible people, still just my opinion. It gets worse than this though.

I found this person who seemed to be a friend of Jess (at some point in the past) and commented on one of her pictures of Jess to ask what Jess's occupation was. This woman immediately flew off the handle and started on this tirade to insult me. Her first instinct was to insinuate that I didn't like Jess because I was jealous that she was dating Jamie Bower and sad that he wasn't "with me". She rambles on to ask if I'm in love with him and then heavily implies I'm delusional asking if I think (in my head) he's my boyfriend. Though I was quick to point out to her that Jamie wasn't even with Jess anymore (at the time of this conversation) that went ignored in favor of spamming more and more insults.

The top comment you are seeing is on a video post I made about Jess filming Jamie swimming naked in a pool. It's a video where consent is dubious. As in, it is very unclear if Jamie is aware Jess is filming him because she's quiet the whole time, never makes him aware that she is filming, and he never looks in the direction of the camera. In that way we can't know if he consented to this being filmed or posted on her IG account (which it was) and my video expresses concern that it may be a violation of his privacy and why would she film and post something like that other than for attention from his overly thirsty fans. Which means she came to my account to leave an insult on a video saying "Thank fuck he's not with you". Which, once again, I reminded her that he wasn't with Jess either (at that point) so what did I have to be jealous of?

She continues on with her rant, and by the way, I would have answered these questions but she blocked me before I could. Then she quickly deleted what she said, probably in an attempt to either not be reported or for. me to not have proof that she did this in the first place. She is insanely triggered by the simple question of "What is Jess Moloney's occupation". Is this how any normal, reasonable person would react to that question about a friend? She calls me a twat and a dick and accuses me of being jealous of Jess and asks if I dream of going out with her boyfriend. Once again, all of this just because I asked her what Jess's job was. If she didn't want to answer, she could have ignored me. She could have blocked me. She could have just politely declined. She didn't do any of that. She lost her fucking mind and went on a rant accusing me of this, that, and the other, before blocking me so I couldn't reply and deleting the the comments (luckily not before I could get screenshots).

This pattern of behavior is not surprising because this has happened before. When approaching other people within her circle to ask what her job is, the usual reaction is for them to immedaitely block me. At least two others started insulting me immediately. Two started to question my mental health as if it's the craziest question in the world to ask what someone's job is. Her own alleged clients who she allegedly manages (Quil Lemons and Renell Medrano) refuse to give straight answers about this or in Quil's case, any answer at all. I also know that if you check Quil's website he doesn't list a manager to contact for him, he appears to be freelance.

I suppose that I can't say this definitively proves anything. It doesn't prove that Jess Moloney is acting as an agent illegaly. It doesn't prove that she's doing anything shady. However, it does bring into question why people are so triggered by being asked this question when if the answer is as straight forward as Jess claims it to be, they don't just say "She's my manager" or in the case of her friends "She's a talent manager". It is my belief (and entirely speculation, of course) that if the answer were as straight forward and true as what Jess claims it to be, that would be the answer I would have gotten and yet, to this day, no one has clarified for me what her job actually is. Had at least one of these people given a straight answer when asked I would have rested my case and given up because I'd have had confirmation I was wrong. If none of them can do that, then it would seem, in theory (and my opinion) that Jess is not doing what she claims to be doing.
