Is Jess Moloney Operating Legally In The States?

[If so? How is she doing it?]

There was an anon that brought up the visa/citizenship issue and so I started to do a bit more research on it.

I found out that you can apply for a green card in the States if you qualify under certain criteria. That is if you aren’t marrying a citizen or related to one. However, she doesn’t meet the special skill criteria which is reserved for people in STEM careers or people in the arts (like actual actors/models/photographers of which she is none).

However, I found out that if you are someone who has invested enough money in a US-based business you can get a green card. It has to be at least half a million dollars though. I think this is why she’s not leaving Ice Studios. That’s her whole ticket into the US. I also think that she must have been bilking people out of this money since 2019 or is in some insane debt.

This is the most likely explanation for how she remains legally in the States she owns half of this business and invested enough in it that she qualifies for the business green card. The business is defunct, though, and it’s probably the only thing that keeps her here instead of having to fly back home every few months to renew her visa.

I also think she was planning this for longer than she was with Jamie. She connected with Renell in 2019 when she more than likely became half-owner of this business. I doubt she had half a million to invest immediately (and it would have to all be in her name not the name of other people or it wouldn’t count). I have a theory that she probably asked her family/friends for a bunch of money to invest in this business but to give it directly to her and not invest themselves.

When they realized it was all just a grand scheme to get a green card so she could stay in the States for years on end and stalk celebrities they probably got pretty pissed off at her. Imagine giving your friend/family money for a business you think they are legitimately interested in/running then finding out that it was all just a scheme to get into the States (probably Hollywood specifically) so you could find more clients or stalk down this celebrity you had your eye on for years. That they did nothing with the money other than use it to falsely represent themselves.

Obviously, this is all just a bunch of speculation but it would explain so much, especially why Ice Studios still exists despite not making any money (if anything it’s probably bleeding money) but it’s keeping her in the States and giving her the ability to travel anywhere she wants with Jamie. It will continue to do so until someone shuts it down or declares it bankrupt and I think as long as she owns half of it they can’t do it without her also signing off on it. No wonder no one seems to like her, not even people who allegedly run this business with her.
